Yes. We coordinate closely with the landlord, brokers and building management on technical aspects, building constraints, regulations and planning. At the same time, we remain an independent advisor, working solely in your interest as the tenant.


Do you also support furniture selection and relocation?

Yes, we can manage the entire process, including furniture selection and procurement, AV solutions and relocation support. If you prefer support only in design or project management, we tailor our scope accordingly.
